Please note: The City of Hastings charges a vendor fee of $15.00 per event. There are discounts for vendors that register for multiple events at once ($85.00 for 6 events, $160.00 for 12 events). Payments can be made online, by mail or in person. Checks should be made payable to City of Hastings and include "2026 Music + Market - and Your Business Name" in the memo line. Mail check payment to the attention of Economic Development Coordinator, Hastings City Hall, 101 4th St. E., Hastings, MN 55033.



How do you plan to submit your vendor booth fee?
 


I understand I am responsible for bringing my products, a payment method, (e.g., Square - no public Wi-Fi available), tables/displays, bags, a tent canopy and tent weights (stakes may not be allowed at all locations).
